Macro-Criminality: complexity and resilience of criminal networks.

The Center for Latin American Studies on Insecurity and Violence (Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos sobre Inseguridad y Violencia) and the Tres de Febrero National University (Universidad Nacional tres de Febrero) invited Eduardo Salcedo-Albarán, CEO of Vortex Foundation, to present the book "Macro-Criminality: complexity and operation of criminal networks", last August 7th in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
